We get it, we really do.
You're stretched thin and can't possibly fit another thing into your life. You want to have dinner on the table, but resort to take out or canned soup. You long for one on one time with your baby and family, but feel like the evening comes to a close far too quickly. Bedtime is right around the corner as soon as you walk through the door and you haven't even taken a deep breath yet. We see you, we know you're there, and we think you're pretty amazing.
You are strong
You make this crazy thing called life, function. You somehow shuffle life events, work schedules, and more into the few hours we call a day. You sometimes don't even have the luxury of going to the bathroom without an interruption or having a cup of coffee that is hot and freshly poured. Your strength can't always be manifested physically, but we see it through your perserverence and love. You are strong.
You are worthy
You are worthy of self care and love. Giving of yourself and stretching yourself so thin is depleting. Without investing in yourself, how do you fully give back to your family and yourself? When you've completed your work day and you arrive home exhausted, please remember that you are worthy of caring for yourself. You are worthy.
Your are loved
Has anyone told you that today? If not, allow us the honor. You give and they take and sometimes a nice I love you ceases to come out of anyones mouth. Newborns can't show you your importance, they just need you. With all of the needs in your world today, take a moment and know we're thinking of you. Hello there important person, you are loved.

Remember that making prenatal yoga and BYOB classes a priority are a gift for your sanity and can increase you're ability to love and be present. Schedule a massage, hire a postpartum infant care doula, make sure you get that deep breath, and know you are absolute perfection!
